Can it be more than $500?

Yes. If you elect to add advanced or special features, then there will be an additional charge (which you'll be notified of up front). Most of our website clients will not need these additional features.

How much would your website cost...www.my500Website.com?

This is a prefect example of a $500 Website. Others include Shots and Stogies or the PC Authority.

What is a $500 Website?

The idea of the $500 website was the ability to create a website for a company which needs a basic website presence. Your $500 website will be based upon one of our Website Designs, and then your company’s logo and information will be added to it to bring your new website to life!

What is included in a $500 Website?

After you select the Website Type, we’ll create your pages. Your website will contain the primary website pages: Homepage, Contact Us, and three additional customizable pages (Eg. History, Services, Driving Directions, Menu, Referrals, Portfolio, Picture Gallery, FAQ's, Profiles, etc.)

What is included on a page and what do I need to give you for it?

Each homepage will need “content”, or the text and images for the page. Here is an example of what you’d want to prepare for the website:

Homepage – basic paragraph of your business, and possibly an image
Contact Us – this page will contain a map, address and phone/fax/email information. We can also incorporate a form the visitor can complete to auto-send a request to you for review (such as a question or comment)
FAQ’s – A listing of Frequently Asked Questions are often popular on website's.
About Us –This page could provide visitors some background on your company, mission statement, etc.
Portfolio - Client references or examples of work or projects you have worked on.
History - Your company history.
Services - A listing of your company's services.
Products - A listing and examples of your company's products.
Menu - Assuming a restaurant, your menu.
Picture Gallery - Various groupings of photographs.
Driving Directions - Directions to your location, and Google Maps step by step directions.

What else is included in my $500 Website?

In addition to the website, you’ll also receive:

Advanced Statistics – a very important part of your website is knowing who is visiting your website, what pages they’re looking at and where they’re coming from. This is especially important if you’re paying for online advertising and want to know if it is attracting visitors to your website. Statistics also will allow you to know if it would be a good financial investment to create more of an online presence (eBusiness or eCommerce). EXAMPLE
Contribute Ready – Your website is built Adobe Contribute compatible, which means that you have the option of using Adobe Contribute to easily and quickly update your website on your own. Please note that we can also update your website for you, and many clients elect that option as it is the most cost effective for them (no software to purchase, or employees to train).
Website Promotion (aka Search Engine Optimization or SEO) – Website Promotion helps to ensure the search engines know who you are, and where your website is located. You’ll receive your first quarter of Website Promotion for FREE, to help get your website out and online.

What is not included in my $500 Website?

Domain Name – if you do not already have a domain name (eg. my500website.com), then you'll need one of those, and they run approx $10/year.
Hosting Provider – A hosting provider is the company whose servers are on the Internet, allowing other computers to access your website (where your website is saved). The hosting provider also maintains your email addresses. We are a hosting provider, so we're able to take your website live instantly.
Customizations / Special Features – Extras, while easily added to your website, may be billed at an additional charge. During the website development process, these can be discussed and we'll determine if/what additional are necessary.

What is the difference between your $500 Website, and other website's you design?

The $500 Website is a standard website, with a limited number of pages. Many of the websites we design are fully customized, and often involve a graphics designer, customized functions or eCommerce. In addition, additional items are added, such as graphical or interactive menus, rotating images, many web pages or online shopping.

If I need a customized page or features added can that be done?

Yes (to a point). The website designs account for a certain number of pages, so there is a limit to what can be added while still retaining the original clean and crisp look. Additional pages or special features/functions are not included in the cost of the website, and will be billed separately. Please contact us for an estimate on any additional pages/customizations needed.

What happens when my website is successful and I need a fully customized website?

That’s a call we’ll be waiting for. In this case, we’d prepare a customized proposal based upon your needs, which would include a 10% discount since you’re upgrading from our $500 Website program.
